They are good. I wear them in the evening when using my screen. I think it makes a difference in my quality of sleep.

Well, they aren't the prettiest thing in the world, but I wear them around the house, and if I'm watching a screen in the hours before bed. They really do block out the blue light and they feel so much 'kinder' to my eyes. They are particularly helpful if I have a migraine, or feel one coming on.

Love them - wearing them prior to bed has helped improve my sleep.

They seem to do exactly what they claim to do. They are a little uncomfortable, although I do have a big head!

I will probably buy a pair of prescription blue blockers later.

As described, fit over my reading glasses, been using every night and they work! My only complaint would be comfort, the length of the arms are a bit short when over the top of reading glasses arms with a bit more comfort and adjustability would work better but still a great product.
