Probably not worth the cost. And not great for people with big noses. But it does the job and is comfortable

Comfortable but has to be in the exact position to block light

I didn’t realise how much light comes into my house at night, and how disruptive it’s been for my sleep - until I started wearing this rad mask. It’s made such a difference to both the quality and length of my sleep. I don’t need melatonin anymore, and I wake up totally fresh.

They were a bit of a learning curve to position but now they’re comfy every time. Highly recommend

Great for blocking out the light but not very comfortable around the head and moves throughout the night

Excellent sleep mask.

Bought this off the recommendation of a friend who is also a shift worker. Took me a few tries to get used to having an eye mask, but now i find it comfortable and it does not interfere with my sleep or comfort. Does an excellent job at blocking out light.

I love this mask. This is the second sleep mask I’ve bought from Block Blue Light—the previous was slightly different, and after three years of continuous use it was time for a new one.

The foam padding is excellent, and I love that there is elastic in the waist band of this one. Although not designed for side sleepers, I sleep on my side with this no problems. I get a great night’s sleep now with this.

Already started tearing at the Velcro part.

This sleep mask is amazing! It cuts out all light and is pretty comfy too.
